#Spotlight – Our next post baseball career focus is Mamie Johnson, best known as one of 3 women to play in the Negro Leagues, Mamie would go back to school when she retired at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University.
While at school, Johnson would earn her degree in nursing and work for 30 years.
