REFUND & RETURN POLICY Last updated: May 2026

United States & General Policy

  • Cancellations are not accepted after an order has shipped.
  • No returns are accepted without prior authorization. Please contact us at info@teambrownapparel.com to request a return authorization before sending any items back.
  • Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Authorized returns must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached and unworn.
  • We cannot take responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit — please return by a trackable method.
  • All return packages must be pre-paid. COD returns are not accepted.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

EU & UK Consumers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason and without penalty.

How to exercise this right: Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@teambrownapparel.com or by mail to: Teambrown Apparel, 530 New Los Angeles Ave., #115-206, Moorpark, CA 93021, USA. You do not need to provide a reason.

Returning the item: You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Items must be in unused, original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

Refund: We will issue a full refund — including the original standard shipping cost — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Exceptions — items excluded from the right of withdrawal: The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., apparel printed or embroidered to your specifications)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed

Defective or non-conforming goods: EU/UK consumers are also entitled to a statutory legal guarantee of conformity. If your item is defective or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time at privacy@teambrownapparel.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required by applicable law.
