California Consumer Privacy Act - CCPA
This section provides additional details about the personal information TBA collects about California consumers and the rights afforded to them under the California Consumer Privacy Act or "CCPA" and California Privacy Rights Act “CPRA”.
TBA collects this information for business and commercial purposes. TBA does not sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA and CPRA) the personal information we collect, and TBA will not sell user data without providing a right to opt out).
The CCPA and CPRA provides California consumers with several individual rights with respect to Personal Information. Note that these rights apply to individual consumers, not to companies.
Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA and CPRA provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of personal information we collect (including how we use and disclose this information) to delete their personal information, to opt out of any "sales" that may be occurring, and to not be discriminated for exercising their rights. California consumers may make a request pursuant to their rights under the CCPA and CPRA by contacting the Privacy Officer. We will verify your request using the information associated with your account, including email address. Government identification may be required. To exercise any of the rights described in this section, please contact us at privacy@teambrownapparel.com with (i) a complete description of your request, including the specific right(s) you wish to exercise and (ii) sufficient information about you so we can confirm that your request is a verifiable customer request, including at a minimum your name and email address. Once we have received your verifiable consumer request, we will respond consistent with applicable law.

In the event that MFD utilizes automated decision making, you have the right to request for additional information as to what process’ are being utilized.

In the event that MFD utilizes automated decision making, you have the right to opt-out of such usage. Were we ever to sell information accumulated through automated decision making, we would provide information on our opt out process.
