2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from teambrownapparel.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

3. Products & Pricing

  • Prices are listed in USD and are valid in the United States. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at incorrect prices due to typographical errors.
  • Product colors may vary slightly from on-screen display due to monitor settings.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are accepted subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
  • Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or policy abuse.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • TBA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. EU/UK Consumer Rights — Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires at: privacy@teambrownapparel.com or by mail to the address above. You must return the item(s) in unused, original condition within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

We will issue a full refund, including original standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom-printed apparel made to your specifications).

7. Returns & Refunds (General)

  • Non-EU customers: please refer to our Return Policy for applicable terms.
  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

8. EU Consumer Guarantees If you are an EU consumer, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for goods purchased. If a product is defective or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund under applicable EU consumer law. Please contact us at privacy@teambrownapparel.com to initiate a claim.

13. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. However, if you are an EU or UK consumer, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.

14. Termination TBA may terminate your access to the site at any time for violation of these terms.
